Little Red Riding Hood

It took a year, a new computer, 3 months of planning, 350 gig of raw footage, approximately 45 test videos, and a bunch of wonderful fabulous people to help me.

But it’s done, I am very grateful to a heap of great people who have helped out, been a shoulder, told me to get off my bum and do it, and generally been completely indispensable.

It’s a labour of love, sat percolating in my brain for months, til the idea had cooked enough.

Wanting to turn the classic Fairy Tale on it’s head was always something I had wanted to do. After The Princess and the Pea – which was classic Fairy tale in every sense, I wanted to make the audience comfortable, then make them sit up and go “OMG!” Did it work? I hope so.

I loved, hated, and dreaded every moment of filming.

It was a difficult birth. But I loved trying new stuff out, looking at things from a different angle and the feeling of relief as it was live on YouTube was fantastic!
